Calculation files created in Bearinx-online Rotative are compatible with the full version of Bearinx, which means that these calculation files can be easily exchanged, giving easier communication with our engineering service and avoiding duplicate work.
An integrated import and export function enables them to contact the engineering service directly.
Analysis of your design variants is aided by the transparent documentation of results in HTML format and the graphical representation of shaft reactions and internal load distribution in the bearings as well as Hertzian pressure curves for roller bearings.

Bearinx-online Rotative offers detailed calculation of the modified reference rating life in accordance with ISO TS 16281 (English) or DIN 26281 (German) based on the current level of technical expertise. A detailed friction calculation including determination of CO₂ emissions is also available.

Contractual agreement of usage
If you request 'Approval' for Bearinx-online Rotative, this initiates an internal decisionmaking process which, if successful, will lead to the offer of a contract.
After signing the contract, you will receive an invitation email for the cloud and we will carry out all further steps for successful use for you.
Introduction fees
There are no fees for the provision of Bearinx-online Rotative on the Internet.
The costs incurred for an introductory training course are set out in the service certificate, which is part of the contract offer.
There are no licence or maintenance fees.
For colleges, the introduction of Bearinx-online Rotative is free of charge.
Restrictions applicable to the customer version
Bearinx-online Rotative is intended for provisional design of products only. For final design and selection of products, assistance should be sought from the relevant parts of the Schaeffler engineering service.
